My order was given to me with the wrong drink, so I came back through the drive-thru to have it corrected. Instead of simply helping resolve the issue, the employee taking orders, Daniel, mocked me over the speaker while I was asking for the correct drink. I then requested to speak with the manager, Prince, hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but unfortunately he was not helpful and did not seem concerned about the interaction or customer experience. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but customers should still be treated with respect when trying to correct an order. This experience left me very disappointed with the level of customer service provided.
