- MCMicah CottrellJun 27, 20265.0I just need to reach the pharmacy. However the store or the pharmacy won’t answer the phone. I will have to come into the store and talk to the pharmacy in person about my prescriptions that I need to stay alive that I put in a week ago. I’m not sure what’s going on. I know it is Saturday, but I should at least get a message system to put me on hold right? It is a good store besides the fact that I cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Edit: Going in person, the pharmacy and all its people were very helpful. The phones were down due to a tower outage of someone running in to them. So, I was told that issue should be resolved soon, I just hope if someone did run into it, they are okay. Thank you for your help Safeway of Belfair and the pharmacy as well.

I have been a cashier for 10 years and even if I am having the worst day of my life I would never be so rude for no reason. We simply walked up (she waved us over), set our items on the belt and she had the weirdest attitude and was so bossy. We asked her if you get caprisuns buy two get three free and it’s like we ruined her day. So off putting and weird. She needs to be talked to by a manager. I understand people have bad days but this was out of line and unnecessary, especially on mother’s day as I was with my child.
