  Staff here is hit or miss.. for some reason even you go in later the servoce is the amwprdt and the staff don't seem to know what customer service is. During the day however, especially if you order form lobby, the service is great.

  This place is broken! We ordered 1 big mac and 1 Mc arch burger. The Big Mac was disgustingly bad and the other was RAW!! I couldn’t even eat it! We were too far away to go back.

  On a long road trip for a family vacation…Thank you for having a kids play ground. Kids deserve these memories. Keeping the spirit of the Golden Arches!

  Nice play place. Our kids got to stretch their legs. Breakfast was yummy and the attendant was kind enough to give my kids a happy meal toy even though we didn’t order happy meals for breakfast.

  Absolutely pathetic experience at — and the generic owner responses make it even worse. Walked in, no one at the counter, no acknowledgment at all. Used the kiosk, went to pay, and stood there for over 5 minutes with zero service. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was clearly staffed and moving. So employees were there — they just ignored customers inside. Looking at the reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t a one-time issue. And instead of fixing it, management just pastes the same generic “use this link” response to everyone. That’s not customer service — that’s avoiding accountability. If you’re going to ignore people in-store AND ignore real feedback, don’t be surprised when customers stop coming altogether.
