  I came into BG Pizza Hut and was served by the most pleasant worker Mariah. She was the only one working the lunch rush alone but still had a smile on her face. She had the pizza done in 15 minutes like promised!! Wow! What a worker!! I think Pizza Hut should have 2 employees at least working during a shift for safety reasons. Great Job Mariah

  Had a coupon for a large 1 topping pizza. Called in an order for a large pepperoni. They apparently marked it down as an "extra" pepperoni and that voided the coupon. Is the extra $2 on the bill a huge deal? Not really, no. But that is annoying. Good pizza though!

  I haven't had pizza hut in nearly 25 years gave them a try once again yesterday, my food was delivered just to find out they use doordash 🤦🏻‍♂️ instead of hiring their own drivers And still charged me a 6.99 delivery fee which what the hell is even that ??? Where's that money going and who gets it I already paid for the pizza why am I paying for a fee. I ate a few slices of pizza and one chicken wing, the best way I can describe the pizza is it tasted old and or stale the sauce was very heavy And thick like with hardly any seasoning to it the dough was kind of bland and flat The chicken wing was honestly something I could get at the grocery store in the frozen section it was disgusting and definitely low quality chicken and the breadsticks were light and fluffy and didn't even resemble a breadstick it's almost as if we took regular white loafs of bread put cheese and seasoning on it and called it breadsticks. I'm very disappointed in the overall quality and ingredients used that Pizza Hut makes their stuff with. today I went to Little Caesars and got a pizza and it's honestly 10 times better than Pizza Hut and that's sad considering Little Caesars is the Dollar tree of pizza chains!!!! I think I speak for everyone when I say we would really like to see the old Pizza Hut chains come back with the Red roof the red cups with the crunchy ice the salad bar and pizza that actually tasted good the pizza and ingredients now is just horrible I took my $40 order and I literally threw it in the dumpster. Here's some professional advice revamp your entire menu including all the ingredients go with fresh ingredients not the cheapest of ingredients actually listen to your customers and hear what we have to say maybe do what Domino's did listen to their customers and revamp everything!!!! Because until then I rather get my pizza anywhere else even 7-Eleven but definitely never Pizza Hut again. And just to be clear there's nothing wrong with the people working at this specific location it's the Pizza Hut chain itself and the bigwigs who make the decisions that they make this review in no way includes the individuals that made my food and it's not necessarily a specific location review this review is meant for all of Pizza Hut!
