On a day where I want a premade lunch and I go to get fried chicken or rice bowl, the 3 attendants suddenly vanish into the kitchen to see which of us waits out the other first. This pizza was actually inedible. It was a solid molten brick that peeled the paper package. I forced myself to take a bite but it went back into the container and straight into the trash. Unacceptable.

But a couple months ago I had a cashier look at my ID for an unusually long time when I was buying beer after work. Then, since he couldn't look past the beard I had in the picture he began questioning me about my address, how long I've been here and where I was from. Then he asked me where I would be deported to if ICE came after me. He finally rang up my beer and I paid for it. Very upset and violated I came back in with my wife to customer service to file a complaint against the cashier - who probably has done this to other people - with the managers, Anastasia and Dustin. I filed a detailed complaint with Frank and asked him to follow-up with me. He did not and so I'm writing this review as I told him I would do if he didn't tell me he received the complaint about his staff. The whole experience was very off putting and since I never actually talked to the supervisor I'm not even sure he received my grievance.
