  Hands down THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever seen. I’ve been here twice, coming off the ferry. Never again. Chronically disgusting. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The Coke machine in their lobby is absolute garbage and does mix the drinks right. I ended up throwing the Coke (my only purchase yesterday) away minutes after leaving. From my previous visit: second drive-thru attendant did not greet me, look at me, nor even hand me my drink while I sat for over 5 minutes waiting on my food (after I’d already been sitting for 15 minutes waiting on the three cars ahead of me…with zero cars in the parking lot!). Simple order: 20 piece and a Coke. They got the sauces wrong, the drink wrong. There is nothing being done right at this store. Not a damn thing. Fire them all and start over.

  Legitimately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff don't seem well trained and they are constantly understaffed or if they are properly staffed no one is doing their job. Whoever runs that place needs to actually start managing it. It takes at minimum 30 minutes to get an order and that estimate is being extremely generous. Every single time I've gone there some aspect of my order has gone wrong or the entire thing has had to be remade because they gave me the incorrect order. It is one of the very few late night options on the island and that is the only reason I have gone back.

  This location was great. Just a McDonald’s. However, the McNuggets were really crispy and tasted great. The food was really fresh in particular. Very great. I recommend stopping by here for a meal!
