Ordered breakfast before 10:30, and when I arrived after driving a distance, they canceled my order. They should either not let you order or make your order, not wait until you drive there and then cancel.

Today I ordered French Fries from your restaurant and unfortunately found a hair in them.
I am attaching two photos: one of the fries container and a close-up of the fry with the hair on it.
This was very disappointing and unhygienic, especially while eating in the car. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and check the food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Order a coffee premium roast got a sprite. Ask them if I could get a coffee, tall black guy did not acknowledge a valued Mcdonald customer and never spoke to me again.

Reply owner: the music is unprofessional nobody likes that at public professions where people come eat, you know I was there and music was on and loud. BIG NO. Tell then listen to Spanish music at home. And the black guy working yester never adjust my drink. Tell him to follow thru with loyal customers like me not just saying with words but doing because your customers are most value than anything.

One star. This location has repeatedly failed to get even the most basic part of customer service right—accurately fulfilling an order. This latest visit, they gave me the wrong burger and the wrong drink, and this is now the fifth time this has happened. Five separate mistakes is no longer an accident, it’s a pattern of negligence and lack of standards. This is not complicated work—these are simple orders that a 10-year-old could follow correctly with basic attention. Customers should not have to constantly check their bags before leaving because staff cannot be trusted to do their job correctly. Management seriously needs to address the poor training, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for order accuracy.
