  Mike the manager from the weekend is awesome! The meat is never overcooked, but Federal Way on 320th overdose it. I'm the lady who orders double quarter pounder with no bun.

  Bag packed very messily, fries upside down, and burger wrapped bad. Not great service 5 minutes wait. Value meal was good though.

  I ordered through mobile order before heading to the location. There were only a couple people inside, so I expected my order, which was just one burger, to come out pretty quickly. Instead, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes until one of the employees finally asked me for my order number. It seemed like they only started making the order after I was asked.

  I used to regularly come here over federal way but the last three times I've eaten here I've been asked to wait and received soggy cold fries and burgers that have definitely been left under a heat lamp. Don't worry, manager who should be fired, I already filled the survey out. I just want the public to be aware of how far downhill this location has slid.

  This place has been going downhill for quite some time now. I keep expecting it to turn around but am sadly disappointed with each visit which are fewer and fewer. Barely warm limp fries. Burgers that are so sloppily put together and the food is meh.
