  This location seems to have a difficult time following instructions, in this case whenever my wife or I order verbally, that is go to the location and order in person, they don't listen to what we're asking for on the sandwich. It's really frustrating to have said one thing only to recieve exactly what I didn't order.

  I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch combo at Jimmy John’s in Auburn, and by the first bite I was convinced the sandwich had hired a tiny motivational speaker to live inside the bread. The bacon radiated confidence. The chicken stayed grounded. The ranch played smooth-talking diplomat. The chips disappeared instantly—legally I can’t confirm they existed—and the cookie is still under investigation. Fast, friendly staff, and I left feeling like I’d briefly visited a universe where lunch has its life together more than I do. 5/5. If this sandwich starts sending me postcards, I’m not asking questions.

  I come here all the time and they’re the quickest and most efficient Jimmy John’s I go to. Kim (one of the delivery drivers) is always so quick and on top of things. I wrote this review mostly because of her service… though the sandwiches speak for themselves!

  Yesterday was my birthday so I got the free sandwich. When I showed up the staff and girl at window was very rude. I have been a customer for the last 6 years never been treated poorly, but because I ordered my free sandwich so sad. You have lost one customer cause my birthday's are hard and sad for me and not even getting a smile or response made me even sadder. I will not be back.😔
