  This has to be the best arcade slash restaurant ever, the pretzel dogs were so good, fries were nice n crispy and the blue raspberry lemonade was the best and the arcade was so large I loved it!! Thanks for coming to the outlet collection it was a great mall too!

  Always a great experience at any Dave & busters I got to, however, I’ve never had such a great experience such as the one Sarah and her team gave to me and my friend here!! Thankyou guys so much for such a great night!

  What a fun place to have a date night! Great food and drinks. Games were cool. They have this thing called the Human Crane. That was fun to watch my date do. Definitely will return

  The only positive to this situation was that my son got to play unlimited games as I had purchased a gold membership. We made a reservation for 5:30 and noted we were celebrating a birthday, we came an hour early from paintball and asked if it was okay, we even said it was fine if not and we would return for our reserved time. The hosts were willing to accommodate us, great! When we sat our server Reading came over, no hi, hows it going or even a hey. Just straight to "do you guys want drinks?" We asked for water since we had been outside all day, and she rolled her eyes at us. We told her that 3 of our 6 are going to order right away but the other 3 will order after they play games, she said that was fine. Throughout our entire stay, I had to ask other servers to find her so we could order drinks, I asked the expo to get her so we could get refills and knives for our steak, and I even had to ask the busser to clear our table after we had finished. My mom asked for more water and she rolled her eyes at us and sighed and walked away. Look, I totally understand that restaurant work is hard, I myself work in the same industry but in Seattle, but thats no excuse for poor service. Im upset that I spent this much money to be treated like my family was a burden, the worst part, we were nothing but polite and used our manners and she still acted as if we were no better than the left over fries stuck on her non-slips.

  So, this was my first time here yesterday. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lunch and play for my oldest granddaughter and friends. The service was great the food; grilled salmon, double order of string beans and the 🍌 Banana foster pie / cake was 😋. The tomatoes 🍅 in the string eats were chefs kiss 💋! My grandchildren and their friends loved the games.
