  I had the absolute best time with my family. Food was great. Atmosphere was fun. Lots of games and they have an escape room game that's pretty awesome! Definitely will be back.

  This place is a good place to take your kids to play especially if its too hot or too cold or too rainy outside. The biggest problem being is juat walking IN the door yiur probably looking at AT LEAST neer $200 if not MUCH more between buying simple foods for everyone and then a "power card" for each person. The noise level is UP therr too. I was trying to have a conversation with my kids across a booth table and I had to try to lean forward and turn my head to catch all they were saying. Another thing I didn t like is that we had a seat reserved. Once we had handed over our $$/paid our bill. The waiteess tells us they can NOT HOLD our seat/table while we go play the arcades. So someone has to stay at the table the entire time so you have a place to come back to to get drinks or if you want more to eat. I find thst ASSININE. Considering how much your paying g at that place. They DO have a little coat closet area where you can store items; but they charge you a CRAZY price of $1 PER ITEM. WHAT A WHACK JOB RIPPOFF!!!. there reward center_ gift store _ whatever you call it is also just ok. They sell allot of the most CHEAP CRAP you can possibly find at even the $store and here they charge multitudes of hundreds of tokens s up to umpteen thousands of tokens. Just ask yourself.. can I go to a lock store and purxhase thst exact thing for allot leas then I will pay to play and then come here and get THAT item. 2000% chance is YES you can easily find it all allot cheaper. This entire place is dripping from people that have nothing to better to do with there money then throw it away. Don't get me wrong. I did enjoy myself and I was happy my family had a great time as well. But if your looking to savor "conserve " your spending and dining out. This is NOT the way to do it.

  Food was mid ! Cold fries burger didnt taist good. The speakers were way to loud couldn't have a conversation with my family it was so loud . Unless your doing a kid party I wouldn't waist your time. The seats are to tall and uncomfortable.

  Came here to watch NFL games and wow! So many TVs. They play every NFL game and I hear it's the go to spot for UFC nights! Great time with the family. Good service. Definitely coming back for more fun!

  Drove from Olympia to celebrate a friends birthday. my partner and I stood at the bar for about 10 minutes as the bartender looked at us multiple times and served someone who sat down after us. After saying “excuse me ma’am” and being ignored I followed her to the other side of the bar. There I was told “wherever you’re at at the bar I’ll get to you.” In which I told her we’d been waiting on the other side where her, and her help/dish runner, passed us multiple times. I was the met with “okay well I had to use the restroom” before she walked away once again. I have worked in the serving industry for about ten years. Never have I EVER been met with an automatic attitude and disrespect. I understand if the 5-6 groups of 2 people made her a little busy or overwhelmed. A simple, “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would have sufficed. I would have told her to take her time. It’s all about communication. I spoke to the two people up front, one male and one female, in which they exchanged a few looks and giggles with one another. I explained to them that I understand they are just employees but that if this a reoccurring theme, it might be a good idea to make a note for a manager. I fully believe as a company that it’s important to back your team, but I also fully believe as a company that your employees should be held liable for poor service. I truly hope it was just a one time thing for her. But based off of the two employees telling me “yeah one little thing can set her off,” I fear you will be met with more reviews like this one. I am never one to complain or leave a bad review because I get some nights can just be rough. But again, in my ten years of serving I have never acted nor seen someone act that way towards customers simply waiting to buy a drink. I would hope that a group of 6 people, spending over $500 if not more in your establishment, would grant them basic human respect.
