They have always said to just come back and they can help. Today I placed an order with a side of chicken. I pick up the order and come back to work to find the chicken isn’t in the bag. I call like usual when something is missing and they put me on a long hold. They come back to the phone and say they checked the cameras and the side was packages. Keep in mind this is a less than $5 side. I laugh and say it definitely wasn’t in the bag. There was the bowl I ordered, and two bags of chips. No need to lie for a $5 side. I said so you’re trying to tell me I’m lying about a $4 side of chicken? She said we don't care but if you want to you can come get a cup of chicken. I go in to get my MISSING side and repeat what they said- they checked the cameras and said they saw it packaged. Now that I’m there they go back on what they said and say oh no we said we’re going to check the cameras. Yea right. HORRIBLE service. Seriously insane to accuse someone of stealing a $5 side

The thing is basically a burrito bowl without the bowl. I was going to do 2 stars but as I was going through the review prompts a long black hair got stuck in my teeth. I do not have long black hair. This chipotle is sloppy and apparently unhygienic. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Kent location off platform.

They were giving customers dirty looks and acting annoyed, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I also ordered pinto beans, and they were literally dry there was basically no juice at all, like they had just put the beans in the container without any of the liquid they normally come with. On top of that, the employees were rushing customers to make decisions quickly even though there was barely anyone in line. There was absolutely no reason to make customers feel pressured. I honestly left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Customer service makes a huge difference, and this location definitely needs to work on both the attitude of the staff and the quality of the food. 09/10/2026. At 1.00pm.
