- CLChristina LAug 4, 20261.0Extremely rude service from the cashier when she charged me for a whole extra burrito. I asked how it is $45 for a burrito and bowl and she blamed the guacamole we ordered. I asked for a receipt to check the cost, it was actually because she had charged me menu item I didn’t order.
- PSPatty SJul 25, 20261.0I have visited this location multiple times but I avoid it and prefer to drive to Kent mainly because of their inferior customer service. Employees rush me even when there are no other customers. They don't follow instructions, I asked for green sauce on the side and they included it on my plate making it impossible for me to eat it. Portions are small, I asked for extra lettuce and they put a couple extra pieces of lettuce. Usually tables are dirty and many times I had to clean my own table. Today, 07/25/2026, the steak was undercooked. I doubt I will be returning to this location.

I go here every day and don’t receive consistent portions, but this just blew it out The water they may need to order new sour cream because half of their inventory is on my bowl as well as I’m glad I ordered my sour cream bowl with a side of chicken.

The steak was cold and the tortillas were not warmed up at all! I couldn’t even bite through the tortilla. On top of the staff had a horrible attitude! For no reason, I told her my name and she kept repeating a different name till someone else walked up and found the order. She tried to correct me on the name of the order, like I don’t know my own name. It was a waste of money on my lunch break and to deal with attitude all because you couldn’t read my name properly. Which is basic name to read in the first place. I will not be returning. On the bright side the Spanish girl in the front did a great job. Was respectful and got her job done fast.
