- APA POct 1, 20263.0The store associate bringing in the carts in his late 30s/early 40s, Caucasian with a beanie, beard and glasses at 8pm on 10/01/26 is actively bringing in carts and checking the Pokemon vending machine on the clock. I stop here to grab a sub sandwich after the gym every night and check the machine myself when I do and to see an employee checking it on the clock is messed up. He’s taking away from the customer experience checking the clock every few mins

- RRRhlmSep 15, 20261.0I understand there’s lines and sometimes you have to wait them however I need to quickly get in and out of Safeway so that I can catch the bus and when I have to put my things down and leave because the line is too long and only one check stand is open. I feel that it’s a poor experience at this time of the day. To have only a single bay of self serve check stands and only one register open is not sufficient when there’s 10 people in line waiting that’s my opinion there you go. Come here if you like to waste your time.

Especially the drive up and go employees this has been a new experience for me and it has been so easy every time. They have even called me to make sure I was okay with a substitute item they didn’t have in stock. I appreciate them going above and beyond. All the employees have great customer service. Also happy that both entrances are open every Safeway I go to they only have one entrance.
