We’ve been going to this Jimmy John’s since it opened. It was wonderful for quite a few years, the service has gotten worse and worse over the last couple of years and unfortunately today yet again I gave it another shot and had a very long blonde hair woven through my sandwich… I know that stuff can happen, but it’s just one more thing to add to what I have experienced.

If the chick with dreads is working go somewhere else. Ive been getting an unwhich here for awhile months if you would and it was not even half the size it typically is, I didn't even see meat on it. I went back in and she points out the 2 slices of meat on the entire sandwich. Her coworker was even pointing out that it wasn't made correctly and didnt look correct. I gave 3 stars for service for the fact another employee pointed out and tried to correct her doing.

went there last night was told new bread was in oven and to come back in 15 min got back there in 30 min and they were cleaning up not even 8 pm. tonight walked in at 650 pm already cleaning up meat abd veg in vack table ckeaning bring done made our food in a rush and more care to be clean would have been nice she was touching lots of things then the food not my favorite experience did not even want to eat it but we missed lunch so we were hungry and we commute to this location because its the better one but not anymore. tonight is the last night for a while for us they should just close at 6 instead of starting to close at 6 but being "open" till 9 and getting paid to ride the clock.

I had the worst experience at this location, it really makes me want to boycott the whole franchise. I ordered through the app for extra “freaky fast” service since we were in a hurry. I promptly received a message stating my order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order, it was no where to be found & I was informed that another customer must have picked it up by mistake. Okay, I get that’s not on them. However, if you’re running a business and using this hands-off method of distributing products to customers, I do feel it is the businesses responsibility to make up for the inconvenience in some way. My order went to the end of the line and I saw multiple customers come and go picking up orders while mine was being remade (incorrectly). I know other businesses would provide some sort of discount options or free visit next time, or even a simple genuine apology would do. However, the owner (Chuck) was very rude to me when I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. He snapped at me about being angry that other customers are stealing money from him & clearly was projecting this frustration onto me. I felt completely discriminated against because of the way that he went off on me (a female and woman of color), but even if that is how he would handle the situation with any customer, it was absolutely unprofessional & the worst customer service experience! I’m still in shock that he was the owner! I was left in tears, and so my partner went in to get his name after I returned to the car. The owner proceeded to make a scene and yell at my partner, discounting the 6ft distance regulation that is in place now. My partner was humiliated in front of many customers for simply asking the owner’s name. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I fear that many others have, and continue to receive similar harmful customer service experiences here.
