  I didn’t get 4, 4 piece nuggets. Al they can do is offer a free meal card in the mail. No refund and can’t come back the next day. Manager said that’s the policy.

  I ordered ahead. They didn’t have anything ready when I got there and forgot half my order, were yelling around for juices. Left out sauces. I’d rather drive to Spokane and back for their services.

  My fries were cold and not salty enough, the lady taking the cash was confused when I gave her $21.30 for my$18.30 bill because I wanted a $5 bill for change. She couldn't figure out how to make change. All in all, everybody seemed kind of tense and edgy.

  Great quality and usually really fast. Customer service is great very friendly staff. Only time I had something wrong management took care of it right away.

  Very poorly ran by owners/management. I ordered just a sausage biscuit and hash brown coffee and waited 26 minutes. There are 3 employees 1 kitchen 2 up front and they're trying to do the door dash, drive thru and di ing room. It can't be done it seems owners are only concerned about money and not the customers. Bring in more employees or shut down your online orders during peak hours and even drive thru and therefore have everyone come in or close dining room during peak hours if you dont plan to bring in mote staff to accommodate all 3 . The 1 employee i talked to extremely nice and has been there 7 years she goes above and beyond it's not her fault yet I hear customers complain to her .
