  Normally I love Jimmy John's. But today I'm not happy with them. I ordered a turkey Tom and my boyfriend ordered a tuna. Not only did we wait in line for 20 minutes, we waited in line for our order to be wrong. Not realizing it until we got back to work and the sandwich we were given was inedible for my palate. So I now had my boyfriend's tuna and my boyfriend had nothing, which he wasn'tsuper starving anyways. The sandwich we were given was a roast beef that was sloppily thrown together with what I can only assume is horseradish sauce on it. Normally we would go back and fix it but unfortunately we did not have the time to do that. This is the second place today that we've had something happen that was not in line with what we ordered. The universe is against us today when it comes to food apparently.

  I ordered a toasted turkey sub, but the item received was not toasted. Upon requesting that it be toasted, there was conflicting information provided by staff members regarding their capability to fulfill the request. The subsequent attempt to correct the order resulted in a toasted piece of bread with only tomato and lettuce, omitting the turkey.
