This is the second time we stopped here at this one and have had issues, will not go here again, i will.stick to th3 federal way location.

I very much love this Dutch bros, so this aināt to turn people away because typically theyāre are so nice and energetic and they make your day. I was having a very bad day so I needed a pick me up before I left town and I stopped here and boy do the atmosphere feel tense. The lady was taking the order of the truck in front of us and they were laughing and talking, everything seemed normal and then she got to me and her smile vanished and she was so quick and dry with me, I was like what did I do?? You know? I had a smile on my face and I was thanking her, wanted to tip her but when she scanned my app she just walked away and didnāt say anything. I was very thrown. I pull up to the window, no hello, no smiles, she handed me my drink after I greeted and it was the wrong order. When I told her she looked at me like I was dumb and was like āwell I guess we can remake itā¦ā I apologized and she didnāt say anything. She then handed me my drink without saying anything again, no good bye no nothing. I asked for a straw and she scoffed. I was so hurt by this interaction since I was already having a bad day. Maybe she had a bad interaction before me. I looked to my mom who was next to me and asked if maybe I wasnāt kind or if I said anything that would give this reaction. My mom said I didnāt and this whole thing was just a cold interaction. Iām going to continue to come because I love this place and have faith and it always makes me feel good when I come and go from town, but hopefully this reaches the proper management? I was there today 1/25/26 at about 2pmā¦ anyways people, this was my one interaction out of like 100 here so I just found it odd. The girls might have just had a bad day but I was hurt and I donāt want to justify anything:(

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
