Salads can be such a disappointment and this was as good if not better than I had hoped it would be! All our notes on the order were followed as well. A door dasher came in and he was told it would be a few seconds. After 5-7 mins he left. Another customer came in and noticed the very slow service and walked out. After almost 20 mins I asked about my order. Coming up in a few seconds was the reply. Finally checked out, almost $14 for the sandwich and 20+ minutes later, got my order. Returned to my car and opened sandwich and found red onions on it. Really wanted to like the local shop but very poor service. Only one kid behind the counter and he kept looking back at the menu to build the sandwiches. At least have a menu in front of him to not look like a noob. Won't return. Oh and Jersey Mike's is one block away and 11 out of 10 service every time I've been there.
