Told to just order it with ice and then to remove it if I didn’t want it. (My type of allergy is serious. I get hives, swell up, and I can potentially go into anaphylactic shock. Which requires an epipen. Name of allergy: Cold Induced Urticaria.) I am not going to sit in my car after I order a drink to pick out ice so I can drink it. I love the drinks you have, but it is ridiculous that I can’t order it without ice and am told to just remove it myself. I’d understand if it was an ingredient that they weren’t able to take out, but this is just ice. It’s not complicated or difficult to just not add it. Not the only person who witnessed this. 3 other people looked just as confused and surprised when she blurted it out loud. Was almost ready to put my stuff on the counter and walk out without my food or drink because that is the stupidest load of crap I’ve ever heard. Can’t do without ice!? Dunkin’ fix yourself and get your crap together. She wasn’t even nice about it. She was extremely rude. Older, short, heavier set women with blonde/grey/white longer hair. Didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing her name tag. Dunkin’ do better. Very disappointed.

I simply asked if they could please cut my bread in half, and the employee immediately turned around and told me she was not going to do it. The way she responded felt disrespectful and unnecessary. When I asked to speak with the manager, she sarcastically replied, “I am the manager,” which made the situation even worse. It is upsetting that such an important food chain allows employees, especially managers, to treat customers this way. Good customer service and respect should always be a priority.
