- CSCourtney SmithJun 23, 20262.0I mobile ordered donuts for a walk in pickup 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the location, the donuts were not on the pickup counter so I inquired about them after the rush had cleared out. I was met with a VERY rude elderly lady who told me “you placed them for drive thru - this is walk in”. After she retrieved the donuts from the drive thru window, I asked if I could have another box for the donuts that had been bagged as I didn’t want the icing to rub off. Again I was met with an eye roll and attitude. After looking over my order, it very clearly said walk in on the order slip after all. No apology was offered from the staff and just a very negative interaction overall.
