- VBVicki BrookerOct 31, 20241.0How to get a prescription refilled at Kinney Drugs. 1. Call Kinneys. 2. Have the auto attendant ask if you’d like to refill _____. 3. Say yes. 4. Have the auto attendant say “We’ve received your request. Your prescription will be ready at noon tomorrow.” 5. Go to Kinneys after noon the next day. 6. Have a pharmacy tech tell you that your refill isn’t ready because there are no refills on it. 7. Tell her you just talked to your doctor and you know it was called in. 8. Have the pharmacy tech tell you “Well, it’s not here”. 9. Call your doctor. 10. Listen as your doctor’s office tell you it was called in a month ago. 11. Ask your doctor to call Kinneys and tell them that. 12. Go BACK to Kinneys later in the day and pick up your prescription. Repeat this scenario at least every other time you try to get a prescription refilled for about a year. 13. Find another pharmacy,
