  The store is great! But I’ve had continuous problems regarding the pharmacy. Prompting them to change my address (old address was 8 years old) numerous times until three months later it finally gets changed. They continue to use the wrong insurance information after confirming with them a month ago what my correct information is. I was waiting for a very important medication to get a prior authorization for weeks, come to realize, they were using the insurance information I told them not to use last month! So frustrating. I ask the pharmacist about another prescription I need to get filled and she says “I don’t know if we will be able to get this medication”, followed by my response “well can you let me know if you can or can’t when you find out” and she looks at me like I was speaking gibberish. This team needs a lesson on customer service in general as well as maybe being taught to do things by the book and not half-assing at your patients expense. Also, it is not against HIPAA for me to be on my phone in line. HIPAA is an agreement between medical professionals and patients to ensure that the medical professional doesn’t knowingly or unknowingly share the information of the patient.

  Whenever I go there, I don’t feel safe. When an incident happened, I attempted to diffuse the situation, and the manager Christopher Cook came over and escalated it. He was very aggressive towards me.

  The store itself and the people that work in the store are fine. Their pharmacy is a joke as is their website for ordering medications. That is a big joke. They need to have someone develop a website that actually works the way it should. Several times I tried to order online and it puts up a list of all these prescriptions that are ready to be filled and ask you if you want to refill them. You hit no or you hit nothing and you get them. Anyways, I got nine prescriptions one time and I only asked for one. I'm also pretty sure that one of the pharmacists lied to me.   Hire more people, pay a liveable wage.. mistakes won’t get made. Picked up 4 prescriptions (or so she said), go into my bag, nope, not 4, just one and the inhaler chamber I said I didn’t want. So once again, can’t trust them to do their job correctly, and they can’t blame the doctor’s office on this one…

  Today I finally transferred my prescriptions to ANOTHER pharmacy after months of dealing with the lackluster and often poor service by the pharmacy staff. Sometimes there are issues with the scripts or insurance or one of my scripts that is for a somewhat rare drug, and the pharmacist and techs never help or offer any problem solving whatsoever. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Shelburne or Middlebury than continue to deal with them.
