  A big shout out to an Employee!!! Her name is Bonnie & I must say I have never experienced such a fantastic customer service experience before like this one! I ordered my sandwich & she made it perfectly, she took her time (not throwing it together) with such GREAT attitude with a big smile on her face. I was so impressed that I even told her that I was going to write a review!!! You need more employees like Bonnie! I request her each time!! Because of her is the reason we keep coming back! Awesome job

  Bonnie is amazing my wife goes in and orders a sandwich and it is made to perfection every time worth the time.Stopping there instead of mcdonald's right next door best subway around because of her quality sandwich making experience keeps us coming 😋 back for more...

  This restaurant is the reason I go to Maplefield's. The prices, portion sizes and freshness are a lot better than what we have at Subway locations in Canada.

  I’ve been coming here on and off since moving to Vermont. Recently, after new staff were hired, the service has gone downhill. The employees are rude and unprofessional. There’s no point in ordering online if you arrive as instructed by the app only to find out they haven’t even started your order and then make you wait as if you’re standing in line all over again. I will be taking my business to another location after this experience.

  I missed their names, but the mother/son duo are simply the BEST! They both are always kind and friendly with fast, great quality service. Thank You!
