  I really miss Springfield Pharmacy. I hope the employees from there that Kinney hired can train the staff to be as kind and professional as they are.

  I was overly impressed with the pharmacy. I had spoken to a customer service person, he had cashed me out months ago and it was my first time there. I walked in to pick up a prescription and he saw me standing in line. He went and got the script, called me over, and cashed me out. 100% polite and very nice. I was floored. I hope this pharmacy continues to give such wonderful service. In EXTREMELY pleased.

  Only been there once, but I will be actively searching to take my prescriptions elsewhere. Almost the entire staff was rude with exception to one gentleman (former worker of Springfield Pharmacy) and one lady. The older lady cashier was especially rude to everyone, especially to an elderly lady who was kind and compliant even though she didn't understand how the system worked or what was needed of her. A gentleman who'd been promised his meds half an hour earlier raised his voice at the rude cashier, as well as the pharmacist who then told him they were closed for lunch. Pharmacist raised his voice at the man and I thought there was going to be a physical fight or police or security would have to be called. People in the back of the pharmacy were barking about customers coming in close to 1pm and one younger lady ushered the remaining back end people to their lunch hour while loudly talking about me (the last and unsuspecting customer in line) saying how rude it was to come in at 1pm. I had no idea about lunch hour and offered to leave but they wouldn't let me. Cashier that took over and took care of me was kind and almost in tears because of the confrontation going on while she was trying to sort out my medications. In the end I walked out with only 1 of my meds despite it being in the system for a couple of weeks, and the poor cashier working with me only got 15 minute lunch. Do better Kinney!! Yes I contacted/left a survey on your website. I don't need your platitudes. I need you to read all of your reviews here and what our little community is saying and to step up and train everyone to work as a friendly team - AND do not shut for lunch when you're the only pharmacy in town. Elderly lady could only come at that time and was harassed for it. Please. Do better.

  Pure incompetence and very poor customer service. Do NOT recommend this pharmacy, especially to seniors (as they seem to be particularly abusive toward them). But if your thing is condescension laced with insults and unnecessary delays to refilling your medications, then this is the place for you! To Kinney Drugs--I did reach out to your customer service and left messages. Zero resolution.

  Treat people like crap, nobody is impressed with them at all. They probably won't be here long..very very rude
