- CMChris Moody5 days ago1.0The 'manager' at this location is incredibly rude and nasty. Older lady who is argumentative, too important to be polite to customers. Impatient, like going to this store was an imposition personally on her. The lady behind us gave her crap right back, yelling back at her. We could then hear you through the close window yelling at staff. We asked the girl at the next window if the manager was available, as this lady was completely out of control. She leaned out and whispered that screaming Mimi was the manager. Mimi messed up the drink order, but who the heck would go back to deal with that kind of crazy. I have no idea how someone like that is a manager or team lead or anything. Maybe she owns the franchise. Whatever the case, congrats. You ripped us off on our order. Won't be back to that location.
- HSHaley SchistSep 19, 20261.0I don't visit Dunkin donuts very often but the cat cafe was closed this morning and I wanted a coffee on my way to work which is very rare in itself. Regardless, I used to be a barista and I know what a mocha latte should taste like and this mocha latte tastes burnt. It tastes burned and flavorless like plain black coffee. That's not what a mocha latte should taste like I wasn't expecting sweet and fluffy because that's not what a mocha latte should tastes like either. Anyway, disappointed. The guy at the register was great. I have a milk allergy and he made sure everything was clean and separate and they made sure to use non-dairy milk but the atmosphere was chaotic. One lady who's working the window was just screaming at all the other employees the entire time and never once did she say please or thank you to them for working their butts off while she screams at them. So yet again another horrible Dunkin donuts experience. I need to remind myself never to go here but every few months there's no other option and I'm like oh maybe there's better people working and it won't be that bad... And guess what? It's that bad. I don't know how their motto is. America runs on Duncan because if America runs on Duncan being America has no taste. Oh wait, we already knew that.

As soon as i walked in the manager was screaming at the employees while they were just doing their job, she is so unprofessional and disgusting to her workers. There was a small misunderstanding with my drink I ordered and the workers remade it so quick but the manager just kept screaming about how it was made incorrectly at the workers. That manager is the biggest (literally) bully I have ever seen. You couldn’t pay me enough to work there.
