Unfortunately, the coffee didn’t quite meet expectations. This was my first time trying Dunkin’, and I ordered an iced mocha with oat milk since it seemed like a simple, reliable choice. The drink ended up tasting mostly like diluted oat milk with only a faint coffee flavor, and the mocha was barely noticeable. I occasionally like to drink black coffee, red-eyes, or Americanos, so it's not that the coffee was "too strong", because it wasn't I couldn't even taste the coffee/espresso (I think they used straight cold coffee from a spout) but even when it comes to milk-based drinks, a latte (hot or iced).is one of the most basic and consistent espresso drinks out there. It’s usually the kind of order you can count on being done well almost anywhere, which is why this one stood out as oddly disappointing. I understand Dunkin’ is geared toward speed and convenience for busy mornings and commuters who need a quick, straightforward caffeine fix, but in this case the drink quality just didn’t land for me. Maybe I'm more or an artisanal coffee enjoyer. I appreciated the service, but based on the quality of the drink, I’ll be exploring other cafe options (like the purrmont, they have the best coffee drinks on Springfield, hands down, no competition) and will not be returning.
