- RTRonald T1 day ago5.0Stopped here for dinner as I was passing thru Burlington. The prime rib was great and the brownie dessert -- WOW. I was greeted warmly by those at the hostess desk, and Cassie, my server, was a cut above, pleasant and attentive.

I travel with my adult daughter who is autistic.The staff were so understanding. We were seated quickly and the service was great. The food was delicious. All in all, a great experience. Hope to see you all again.

The three girls at the front desk told me it would take about 15–20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. There were other customers who had ordered takeout before me, and they all received their food and left. Their orders were fully packaged and ready to go, without them having to ask for anything. Meanwhile, the three girls at the front desk were just standing there chatting. There were no other customers waiting, and I was the only one left. Finally, they asked me what I was waiting for. I told them I had ordered a seafood platter for takeout, and they simply picked up my two containers of food and handed them directly to me no utensils, no napkins, and not even a bag. They didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted it packed or whether I needed utensils. I asked if they could put it in a bag, so they finally put it into a paper bag. I then asked if I could get a knife and fork. They didn’t say anything and simply threw a plastic knife and fork into the bag. This was honestly one of the worst front of house service experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced service this poor before. I will never come back to this restaurant again
