  As a local that frequents here I love this place. I do feel bad for the staff because they have to put up with some of the most atrocious customers I’ve ever seen. I came in last night either the owner or the gm was super nice. He let me know that online orders were a little bit behind and the wait wasn’t even that bad. Maybe 15 minutes, I don’t know I was watching videos on my phone. And I totally get it when the whole town orders dinner at the same time I know what to expect and I know that when my phone tells me that my order will be ready in five minutes at dinner time that what my phone says is not accurate. I know that I’m not the only person in town that had the awesome idea of ordering chipotle for dinner. But I think all of the staff is awesome. I am bothered by the fact that other customers will try try to enter the employees work area to either ask people that are actively making the food how long for their food which is going to slow down the whole process anyway or they try to grab bags that usually aren’t theirs. There needs to be some separation between online ordering and the general public because DoorDashers will Stand directly where customers need to exit from making their purchase and they create a real hazard. The staff/management handle it really well though, even though they’re constantly getting attacked by people who have no common sense. All in all I’ve never had an issue with the food or the time it takes to get it. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and I understand It’s never gonna be perfect. But ultimately, if you want good food, this is the spot. If you’re coming here just to have a bad time Please go somewhere else. I’m sick of hearing it as a bystander and fellow service worker.

  This Chipotle location has got to be the worst in the state of Vermont. I have visited on two separate occasions, 3 weeks apart and they have been out of rice. It’s understandable for a food establishment that prepares its food fresh, to have periods in the day when there are delays. The issue with this specific location is the staff and how they handle delays and inconveniences. The staff tend to be younger, college student who couldn’t care less about customers. Their disengaged demeanor and lack of kindness towards customers, who come into the establishment and end up having to compromise on their orders due to things like rice being unavailable is absolutely off-putting. There is a separate section that caters to online orders, which always appears well stocked and contains food items that are “out of stock.” In other words, customers that order online are prioritized over those that take their time to drive to the store and order online person. Once again, this speaks to the terrible customer service at this store. Chipotle please do better either hiring better staff or staff that actually value customers and make an effort be professional, respectful and kind. Perhaps, the staff could take a note from your competitors at Dave’s hot chicken across the street. Their staff are young, but approachable and go above and beyond to cater to customers.

  I’m not sure how corporate hasn’t stepped in at this point and either overhaul this location or just shut it down already. If you’ve never been to a chipotle and this is your first experience you’re going to be under the impression that they all suck like this. Just terrible and shameful for the brand. They close at 10 but by 8pm they are out of everything or it’s old and nasty. When I inquired about the fact that they were out of roughly 70% of items the worker laughed and said “if you have a problem call 1800 chipotle” mockingly since that’s obviously not a thing. Funny for this individual I’ve already placed a call with both the health department for their filthy restaurant and corporate for this location tarnishing the entire brand.

  I didn't think it could be as bad as the other reviews said but it truly was awful. The cashier was on their phone constantly. The app said I could choose 6:50 or 7:00 for my pick up time. I chose 7p but my food wasn't ready till 7:20p. It was also kinda messy and dirty. Other than the chaos, service, lack of cleanliness and slowness, the food was as good as any other Chipotle I've been to.

  Ordered from this store via DoorDash and it literally took 1.5 hours for them to make 2 chicken bowls. Neither one of the bowls were made correctly. And when I say neither one was made correctly, I mean they made one of the bowls with ONLY chicken and rice when it should have had EVERYTHING in it and the other was missing 3 items. It was frustrating to wait that long for the food and even more frustrating for it to be completely wrong. Considering this store only has 2.5 stars, obviously something is very wrong and needs to be fixed. New owner, new management, new staff, figure out a solution.
