Waited in line behind 15-20 people for almost an hour. They literally dont care. Huge line full of people with nowhere to be. Brutal.

Printer for takeout broke… fixed it, while running cash and trying to deal with super rude and aggressive doordashers. The place was super understaffed but the whole team did great.

Theres nothing wrong with said request. This company and the pressure from above is insane . I wish they could figure it out. Bc the food is in fact quite good. Fighting your customers over portions as a customer service strategy is nuts. This doesn't happen @ subway or moes because they are empowered to give you fair portions. Avoid this and most other chipotle locations until they stop this b.s.

While being short-staffed and a broken order system are already inconveniences, what really pissed me off was the attitude of the manager. He was exceptionally rude and continued to smirk/smile at numerous customers who merely politely asked why they’re food was late. My food was nearly two hours late. The manager was extremely rude. They were out of multiple items including brown rice, guacamole, and carnitas. It really sucks to say but I would encourage people to never come back to this chipotle location. A one star review is too high a rating for this Chipotle
