So! The food was fine I guess… the steak was chewy they didn’t give me enough rice and they didn’t have white rice! But the thing that irked me was the trash EVERYWHERE when I came in! Also the lady charged us for 2 burritos when we ordered one and said it was “double chicken” that’s not 2 burritos!! I have a copy of the receipt, but my boyfriend is non confrontational so he said to just not say anything. This was ridiculous and I come here all the time. The employees from like a year ago were wayyy better.

I am severely disappointed. Over the summer, My family and I have come here many times. Each night that we came prior We were met by friendly staff and treated really well. There was a man in a black button-down shirt who would remember me by name and ask me how my day was. I would be asked if there’s anything else that he could get me And then we would just have a great night eating our burrito bowls. I don’t know what’s changed But the whole atmosphere has gone in the opposite direction. Staff seems to be rude and disorganized. It seems like nobody wants to be there. I unfortunately will no longer be bringing my family here after games or nights out shopping.

Knowingly shorting portions, lying. I travel a lot and have been to many Chipotles, and here a couple times… watched a manager berate an employee for putting on too much (what I would consider a normal amount). Also, I asked for a water cup and the employee said “we don’t have any,” to which I said, okay, maybe I can have a regular cup and fill it with water, and she said she couldn’t do that. I told her that I think that’s illegal. Then she looked around and said she was told to say there were no water cups by her manager and then produced a water cup. Another time I asked for chips and salsa and watched employee put in, like, a quarter scoop of salsa. I asked for more and she and her colleague exchanged a smirk as she filled the salsa cup. I just kept having to ask them to put more of each ingredient on my bowl for it to even come close to filling the bowl. I am not dumb. I worked in service, I know what those looks mean. I am not a big, demanding person. I am normal weight and eat a normal amount. Nobody has to take my word for it, they can go stand in line and watch it happen if they want. Stuff is too expensive to get half of a meal when you buy a whole one. Save your dollars. Go somewhere else.

i visited at about 9:30pm and waited in line that had 5 or 6 guests waiting for almost 10 minutes with only one person working the counter. two other employees were on their cell phones in the dining area laughing and apparently taking a break. the other two employees working behind the counter chose to work on other tasks and not to assist the one person working at the front. dining area was absolutely disgusting with trash and food scraps all over the tables and floor. i have visited this location several times and this has been an issue each time. the employees are no doubt aware of the unsanitary nature of their dining area, but repeatedly choose not to address it. disgusting. there are countless health code violations that lay in plain sight on repeated visits here, and it’s a miracle for the managers of this filth that the health department has not caught on yet. while waiting in line, i redeemed points in the app to get free chips and guacamole. upon finally reaching the front of the line, i was told by the man working that they are out of chips. how do you run out of chips at chipotle? when i asked if i could get my points back, he apologized and told me i have to call “1-800 Chipotle” and offered no further help. the employee that said this made this up; i could not find this phone number online, and i see other reviewers have also had the same issue at this location. overall a very disappointing and unsanitary experience where i got robbed of my hard earned points. unless you are looking for long lines despite ample staffing and don’t mind a nasty dining area, i would avoid this location and visit any of the other restaurants in the area, many of which are local.

You never know if you’ll actually be able to eat here! An employee looked surprised to see us come in. “We’re closed,” she said — despite an unlocked door, posted hours saying closing time was in *more than an hour* and no paper sign notifying folks of early closing. But that’s better than the times you wait in line, only to discover they’re out of most ingredients! And not just things like a random salsa. They’ll be entirely out of rice and cheese. Really terrible location. I don’t blame the hourly employees, but they’re not even apologetic. (They probably get paid like crap.) Also, the garbage cans are overflowing, which is gross.
