  Ordered meal for my wife and I with Dunkin app at 5:23pm for a pickup up at 6pm on 5/1/26. Got to Dunkin site at 6pm. Waited for ordered meal only to find out that customer service person/ cook said that they never received order until he check the order bin and found the order that was place earlier.  The customer service person / cook made an excuse that I would have to wait 45 minutes because everything was shut down. I reminded him that closing time is 7pm. His response was…” That if it wasn’t good enough to talk to the manager” … who obviously was not around at the time. I asked him for a full refund my money since my order was never for filled. He said take it up with the manager. I mentioned to him that my wife and I had an important engagement to attend and I didn’t have the time to wait. The Customer service person / cook had an attitude and whined about that it was not his responsibility to refund an order that was missed. So, my overall review of this person was… He seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere and did not want to be bothered with my order or refund. He gave me the impression that he did not like it there and muttered that the manager was a very terrible one. My take on the whole situation is… He only wanted to work when he wanted and nothing was going to stop from that!!!! This goes to show another teenager who really does not want to work.

  Walked in at 1:00. No other customers. Waited 5 minutes while the cashier counted all the change in the drawer. The other worker sat at a dining table on his phone. We placerd an order for two coffees. about eight other people walked in shortly after. we waited about 10 minutes and noticed there were several drinks sitting in a pickup area and people were grabbing orders who had come in after us. I asked if any of these drinks were ours. He said we were welcome to take them but he was about to throw them away as they've been sitting there for too long. I tried to clarify that I was just checking on our order. I got an attitude telling me to chill and that they were working as fast as they could making my drink. Both coffees were made wrong. Mine was literally undrinkable. One of the employees was working in their pajamas and their clothes looked gross. Obviously I mismanaged store.

  I dont know what this place is doing but u guys need more people on we never have this happen at our restraunt it should be that simple but nope its not this is rude and disrespectful

  Very busy but they got the order correct. The food was very good.
