  The staff here is wonderful, and they always have been. Excellent pharmacy team, who remembers customers by name. Bert, the Ai phone assistant, however, is an absolute nuisance. I miss connecting with a human. I miss pressing buttons to enter my prescription number. I miss not having to repeat "Pharmacy" four times. I miss you, Kinney. What happened to you?

  Have always received great service here and staff is very friendly. However, the new AI system for calling in a prescription is painful compared to the prior touch tone system. It takes considerably longer, makes mistakes, starts over and over again, keeps you in a loop until you end up having to talk to an actual person. (This must be just as painful, or even more painful for the staff than the consumer) Did anyone actually test this system? Doubtful, Sorry Burt the AI robot but you are terrible. Every business seems to be jumping on the AI band wagon in spite of it not always being as effective as current systems. My two cents.

  everyone at st johnsbury kinneys is kind and caring I know most of the staff very friendly but extremely busy. I love going here because i’m on a personnel level with them I won’t go anywhere else

  Literally says it’s open till 8:00 but I went to pick stuff up at 7:20 and all doors locked but lights on like what??
