- MMMichaela4 days ago1.0Terrible. I order cold foam everyday I get coffee and they either 9 out of 10 times forget it or its either so thin of a layer you can see right through it or it looks like curdled whip cream. Unreal. And its usually over 10min of standing around waiting too

I Even if I order 30 minutes ahead of time and come 5 minutes after the pick up time, I take a gamble on waiting an additional 10 minutes for my order. Often I have had to ask where it was. They keep pumping out orders at the register while the store is packed with customers who have been waiting for 10+ minutes. You mention the tables are gross or they don't have straws/napkins and sometimes you get attitude back about it. I'm just letting you know what's out so you can restock and we can move on with our day. And if you are going to say something snarky about a customer, wait until they leave the store not walking away from the counter. Doesn't matter who was in the wrong, its not a good thing to practice. The reason I'm giving service a 4 is because there ARE a few who seem to really try and obviously doing more than their fair share and are pleasant to interact with.
