  Dining room was closed when we arrived with our team. Staff was nice but it took a very long time.

  Chronically understaffed. Most recent visit was drive through only which is not at all a very good experience being that each order takes longer than many other restaurants. Not terribly surprising that the company is on a downward trajectory with such poor service and cost. Only 5 cars in the line, but by the time I got my food that I pre-ordered in the app, the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm.

  While the sign says that they are understaffed, the service was quick and the staff was incredibly nice. We go to a lot of Paneras and this was 5 stars!

  Very very very very slow. If you are looking for food in Rutland, this should never be your first option. They are incredibly slow, and sometimes rude. I have sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes multiple times. I have even heard one of the workers there say “are we gonna get to the drive thru orders now?” They lost a bunch of business that day and they just kept neglecting the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Not even sure why they were open, as they were out of a lot of key items...lettuce...bread...bagels, just to name a few. It was hard to find a menu item that was able to be ordered. Service was not friendly or helpful. Asked for silverware. Didn't receive it in my to-go order. Roll the dice if you want to stop in and find out if you'll be able to eat or not.
