  my first time at chipotle. What an awful experience. the restaurant was filthy And we had to sit at the least filthy table. The staff was anything but friendly. I would never eat there again.

  I want to start off with saying the last time I went to Chipotle in Rutland, the woman who served me was wonderful, she gave me plenty of food and was very kind. I just went today, and the person working was very rude and you could tell she was mad from the start of my order. I ordered 3 bowls and queso. I could tell she didn’t want to serve me at all. I asked for my rice without cilantro because I have an allergy, and she was very upset that she had to walk to the back and get different rice. When she came back with my bowl, there was barely any rice in it, like to the point where I could see the bottom of the bowl. It was not like the experience I had last time, and it’s very frustrating to be a paying customer and get just sub par service. Do better.

  Food is the typical mid quality you'd expect from a chipotle, and service moves smoothly. The people who work here are pretty chill if you're not a Karen. Chipotle's new dining room design is cold and depressing, but that's more of a corporate choice than the franchisee. Pro tip from an experienced explorer in the vast expanses of Rutlandia™: If you visit this location, one or more groups of young men wearing EXCLUSIVELY athleisure outfits and broccoli top haircuts seem to spawn in the vicinity, enter the store, and start making small talk about local sports and events. This happens like clockwork, especially around new years resolution season. If you encounter a group of wild bros here, be sure not to disturb their grazing while you observe them in their enclosure; it would be a tragedy if our intervention were to interrupt their migration patterns.

  I have always enjoyed eating at Chipotle until today. My friend wanted a Steak bowl and the steak in the container was dry and old. They made fresh steak and put the old on top. We asked for her to give the fresh steak and she refused saying she had to use the old first. We pleaded with her but still refused. Who's paying for it?? Not her!!! They are expensive as it is. I want fresh. I now go to Bueno Burrito in Rutland. Better price and fresh ingredients. Also very friendly!!
