- BHBobbi Marie HeisleySep 30, 20261.0Very high prices than the one in Berlin. The older gentleman that works at the deli is hard of hearing and I think he should be required to wear a hearing aid. He can't hear at all. He gave us the wrong cold cuts twice and I kept yelling for his attention b/c he was cutting it too thick. It sucks older.people need to work that are retired but that is unacceptable. The one girl at the register that dresses funny talks to much and makes jokes, is very slow because she's talking and waiting for a laugh back. I get it, but I don't have time and others shouldn't have to wait. And I don't care how she dresses, just not wanting to hear constant dry comedy. 🤦🏼♀️

Signature brand is sometimes more expensive. Confusing price labeling. I could go on for days which is why I drive elsewhere. Grubby in some departments. This not true at the shaws in Berlin.

Too much emphasis on pick up services how about customers not lazy that actually want to shop in the store? Manager that does a lot of walking around doing nothing. Does corporate even monitor them?
