  I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes with three cars in front of me and none of us have move an inch. Of course I ordered ahead and am stuck in this drive through until I can get my coffee because I already paid. If a business (large corporation to say the least) is unable to provide a drive through process that doesn’t take 30+ minutes then they should close down the drive through. It’s such a waste of everyone’s time.

  Do not go to this Dunkin if you do not have 15-30 minutes of your time to commit to getting a coffee. They will out right ignore the drive through for 15+ minutes at a time. I’m assuming they greatly understaff this Dunkin.

  Don’t go here unless you have 20 minutes to get a cup from the drip. Brutally slow and inattentive staff. I felt like John Travolta in Pulp Fiction when he’s confused and looking around in the lounge. 1 out of 5 stars. Awful service.
