  I live less than half a mile away and avoid this location when I can. I have the app on my phone and tend to order ahead plus I get points to buy more things. This location specifically can NOT seem to handle there customers. Most recently I placed my order at 5:22pm while I was still in Williston. Thinking that by the time I drive there and get in the drive through I wouldn't have to wait to long. People that came before me and ordered right in line with no app got there food first. People that came after me got there food. The time hit 6:04pm and I walked inside upset and asked what was going on. Four team members all look at each other and you can tell no one is really in charge, even though was of them was the "manager". They started to scramble and point to a bag sitting on the counter and say its mine. 55mins later and the food is cold. My wife and daughter upset I'm still not home with the food. By the time I got the food I didn't even want to eat it anymore. On top of it the Mcflurrys aren't even mixed all the way. I try and use the Shelburne Road location even EVER I can because this happens all the time at the Milton location when I use my app. I end up pushed into a waiting space and waiting another 20mins plus on top of the order time. Get it together or find a manager who can deal with a fast paced environment and get the team moving appropriately. Unexpectable service, performance, and results TL;DR Learn to be a more productive place like your counterparts in South Burlington and Essex, or find a different career

  I Uber Eats and DoorDash , this has got to be the slowest and most disrecff establishment I work with. I come in and they act like I’m bad for coming before they finish the order. It’s disgusting and am not taking anymore orders from the store

  For context; I've lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025. The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far. I will mention that around noon, pretty much every business in milton and georgia might grab food here, resulting in long wait times. But the food is always fresh, and has a sense of quality in their meal. Fries are always hot; never redunked and they know plastic straws are still part of the peak customer experience. I suggest going here outside of The Noon-1pm timeframe if you want your food really quickly. Even when busy, they never drop the ball.

  mcdonald’s, if i order apple pie and you’re out, please for the LOVE OF GOD just give me my money back. it’s more then half the time i order apple pies i don’t get them, yes it’s only 3$ but when you add up how many times this has happened. i won’t eat any other pies i only like apple, it’s a waste of money and i won’t eat it, so please if i order apple pie i won’t be upset if you’re out as long as you just give me the 3$ back and not GIVE ME PIES I WONT EAT
