  Can someone please fire the morning manager at this location. It is so poorly run. I have had 3 bad experiences in the last several weeks with the order coming out wrong or incomplete. Last week they tried to give me someone else’s big order. Today I was missing 2 out of 4 items. When I went in to get it corrected there was another customer in there for the same reason. This should not be this hard .

  Everything was close at 9:40 even though they close at 11:00. There was no places to sit all of the chairs were up. The blonde manager denied me service. Even though my friend ordered and he got his ice cream. Then she proceeded to give me a refund with lots of attitude. Very displeased.

  The sweet woman Friday night (2/20) made all of our food fresh and was concerned for our long commute. Thank you & you really made a bunch of tired and hungry college students’ nights :)
