- JLJames LawlerJun 29, 20262.0Not good. I’ll start with the paper bags. Why? Your bags are weak. I now have a pizza that is ruined because your bags are crap. I have burger rolls, hotdog rolls and a loaf of bread that are all squished because your bags are crap. It’s one thing to provide paper bags as an alternative to buying plastic bags. But only if the paper bags can hold friggin groceries. Yours can’t! Now on to your pharmacy. We live 30 minutes away. Our doctor is in Ludlow. When my doc calls in a script to your pharmacy it shouldn’t take an act of Congress to get it filled. And your pharmacist shouldn’t argue with anyone, ever! I’m definitely not the guy to deal with shitty customer service. If my doc sends an e script over at 3 and granted it’s busy but your pharmacist can’t have it for a half hour and then not until the next day. That’s on your pharmacist. But to come out and argue with the customer is just dumb. I waited the first half hour. I stated I’d just come back the next day. But yall hadn’t even accepted the script an hour later when I stopped back in after going to eat locally. So I would have had the same outcome the next day of showing up and no script being ready. Because they never accepted the script. We already switched to Kinney in Springfield for scripts. Fix your bags situation before I have to switch to Hannaford or Market Basket for groceries. I know yall are aware of the bag situation. Fix it or people will stop shopping there.

I’ve wasted so much money giving them a second, third, fourth chance only to take fruits and vegetables from the bag, drop them in the compost, and go hungry while washing rotten orange or apple from my hands. I’m not returning, and I just can’t in good conscience recommend anyone else visit. Hopefully things improve, because I wish I could support VT communities instead of traveling to NH.

Don’t know her name but the young lady is consistently nasty to me and there’s been multiple issues with orders. I’ve been considering going elsewhere.
