- AAAnonymous AnonymousOct 9, 20241.0I’m sorry but I absolutely dread calling the pharmacy to check on a prescription. With the exception of the nice gentleman, the women are always so rude and act like they wish they were dead and that your call is the worst thing that’s happened to them all week. I get that they are understaffed but you are actually in a service position so maybe you could try to be at least a tiny bit polite? I’d prefer another pharmacy but unfortunately this one is very close.

Not only do they all seem miserable, they're very apathetic in both social and work skills. It has taken them at one point almost three weeks to get my script filled for whatever reason, and that is with weekly checkups to see if they'd completed it. Good luck finding out when/if it's ready as they will not usually notify you (although their automated call system has gotten a bit better.) I want to like this place but the pharmacy is a circus.
