I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and only received 3, which I didn’t realize until I got home. My smoothie also wasn’t filled all the way, and my fries had no salt. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it’s not busy, I expect a little more attention to detail. Having several things wrong in one order is frustrating, especially when it’s not easy to come back right away. Definitely double check your order before leaving.

Don’t even bother trying to get a refund or complain to their customer service because management doesn’t care enough to get back to their customers. people in the drive through are always fine but it seems like a lot more care needs to go into getting people what they spend their money on, especially with the prices rising on everything.
