- AFAshley Fisk2 days ago3.0I finally had a chance to go here today. Showed up a couple of minutes before my order was supposed to be ready because I ordered on the app ahead of time. I like how on the app there’s pictures of the sandwiches with each description because I am a very visual person so with the pictures provided, I felt that their prices were pretty fair. When I walked in the worker was serving other customers so I waited. While I waited, I noticed that there was three large stacks of cases of beverages and the beverage cooler itself was empty. When I went to go grab my drink that I had ordered with my sandwich. About 10 minutes had gone by and he asked me if I was there for pick up or if I was ordering and I said that I was there for pick up had not started my sandwich yet. While making my sandwich, he informed me that he was out of red onions, but then offered to go into the back and prep some more, but I told them it was fine because it wasn’t an extra charge and he seemed very relieved that I was understanding. So at this point, I realized that he was there entirely alone and had been for some time. So I got my sandwich and I went and sat down to eat it because I was starving at that point (I was already before I ordered my food. That’s why I ordered from them because I thought it would be fairly quick Service.) Sandwich was good, I ordered a toasted BLT with salami added. For $16 which $2.50 of that was adding the salami I think I would’ve liked to get more meat on my sandwich than four small pieces of bacon and three small slices of salami. Definitely not the experience that I was expecting to have after hearing a lot of good things about this place.
