  The deli is always closed early. When I go in to get some fried chicken from the deli after work it is so dried out it is inedible. It’s like they just cooked a huge batch at like a 11am and let it sit there until close. They need to replace whoever keeps doing this. It happens everyday. I’ve stopped going to this location and started going to Colchester Shaws so I can get chicken that hasn’t sat out all day. Whoever is in charge of this Shaws should be fired. I’ve come across cheese that was completely moldy and the whole section was expired. The beef is gray and look like it’s about to turn bad. A lot of the sealed packs of meat are ballooning. Most meat expiring within 2 days. The meat is bloody and not well sealed.

  Produce is usually pretty good, decent variety of dry goods. Meat display terrible. Staff mostly useless, can't or won't help locate items. Today no checkout open except self checkout with one worker more interested in sweeping invisible dust than helping the few customers with their lights blinking and begrudgingly agrees to help after asked. This is a recurring problem at this location. I'm guessing staff doesn't get paid enough to care or are poorly trained, either way it's a management problem

  Horrible customer service. I've been trying to track down a copy of a receipt, finally figured out which store I purchased from and despite the fact that another store was able to check their system to try and find a receipt for me magically this store couldn't. Whoever the old bag was behind the counter seemed like she didnt have the time of day for me and acted like she had better things to do.
