  I ordered a mobile order with just two items waited over 30 minutes for it as people who came in after got their food and then left when we finally got our food I opened the bowl and found that they forgot half of what I asked for it was pretty simple as well and they put on stuff I didn't want. I was already fed up at this point so I just left. Very unpleasant experience and I'm not coming back here.

  Well that was my last time going to Chipotle for a while, if not again. Usually my order will have one or two things wrong with it but tonight was definitely the worst experience I’ve had before. I order a burrito and a bowl, large chips+guac and large chips+queso and a side of the corn salsa. They ran out of chips apparently so we didn’t get those but I didn’t receive the sides that I paid for that come with the chips (I still could’ve gone to the store and bought chips to eat those but nope). So that’s almost 20$ of my order I didn’t get, so far. I didn’t get the side of corn salsa. My husband’s burrito, I kid you not consisted of rice, sour cream, and cheese. No chicken or beans. The tinfoil wasn’t even wrapped around it when it was placed in the bag with my bowl on top of it. My bowl was the best part of the meal still missing 2 things I had ordered on it. The restaurant behind the counter was filthy. Food, chips, dirty dishes all over. . Now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund (hopefully)(and not a gift card because I won’t be back). The lack of management is very apparent, if there even is any at all.

  Two instead of one because of an excellent manager named Christian who managed my personal case excellently and remade my burrito free of charge. I extend a warm thank you to Christian, you are an excellent fit for your job. However, the first burrito made by someone else was about half normal size. And I combed this page and found SEVENTEEN other reviews saying the exact same thing. And I STOPPED at 17 because I was tired of reading them. I am sure there are more. Whoever owns this establishment, please tell your crews to match normal chipotle portions, because they are not even CLOSE. I was still starving after my burrito which has never happened once with any other chipotle location. Thank you to the staff who are trying their best, and a special thank you again to Christian.

  So bad here. 9 times out of 10 is an awful experience either out of ingredients, long wait times even when placing orders 20-30 minutes in advance, poorly made food, soda/ice machine never working, no napkins or utensils, dining room always messy, and generally it seems the staff just doesn't care. Everything I just mentioned was the reality today on a early friday afternoon. Already out of steak on top of everything else. How is this possible they just opened an hour ago? Dining room looks like it was never cleaned from night prior. Customers were complaining about soda and ice machine. Love chipotle but this location is poorly managed.

  I have never seen a chipotle look this disgustingly unsanitary! Usually you walk into them and they're so clean maybe a table has a little bit of wiping it needs to do but this one takes the cake. The filth around the food that they are dishing up is beyond insane with piles of flies around it We don't live in the state and thank God because we walked out of this facility. I refuse to eat at a place where I can see the disgusting filth. Can you imagine what you don't see behind the scenes 🤢🤮 Edited to add comment to Business that Rep replied. There's no need to contact you. I've given you all the information you need. How about you? Call the health department in to do an inspection or how about you walk into your own facility and find out how filthy it is. Like I said if customers can see filth, I am afraid to know what's going on behind the scenes. Disgusting.
