If you always run out of peppers and onions you should know to order more it’s common sense. Peppers and onions will not go bad overnight in a raw state, unlike avocados, and if you have extra great. You should not be out of anything before 5:00 around closing yes, I understand you stop making things at certain times as not to waste food. Also, keep your line clean it was a mess. Food was everywhere and all over the counters and I am sure the floors were worse. Honestly I left without ordering. Sometime review as Dorset Street I am assuming the same terrible franchise owner.
