  Worst chipotle i have ever been too. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. Dried beans and residue all over the counter, suspicious liquid coating everything. The grill had carbon, grease and what I could only assume was burnt food sitting on it. Tables were filled with trash, grease, and spilt drinks. The food looked grey as if the cooling systems weren't working. Im shocked that the health department would allow a restaurant to function in suchs disarray. Will never be going back.

  I ordered ahead online for a 8:10 pickup. When I arrived there were people waiting who where originally scheduled for a 6:00 pickup up. I was told my order would not be ready for at least an hour. I left the store. At 9:30 (1 hour and 20 minutes late) the order was completed and I was charged. I never got my food. I would not trust ordering online from this restaurant as they obviously do not respect their costumers. Then to add to this when I try to follow the owners advice and reach out I am taken to an AI bot that eventually says it cannot help me. The owners advice is not a reasonable way to get help with this issue.

  Ordered online through doordash, never ended up recieving my order. I waited for almost 2 hours for them to finish preparing my order, 2 doordashers ended up just leaving after waiting. I never got a third doordasher and then just cancelled my order through doordash. While waiting I called three seperate times, and never got to an actual person, the ai support just would hang up on you. I think the people who work just dont care, should've read the reviews.

  Ordered a mobile order and showed up and it was packed. We were waiting a very long time in the mobile order line meanwhile everyone else who just walked in were getting out sooner, and the doordash people that ordered after went up to shove their phones in the works face rudely and they got taken care of quicker as well which I do understand cause they’re annoying. Eventually the store was closed and they got everyone who came in after out, but all the mobile order people had to get into a new line and reorder our food. Most of everything was completely gone at this point so my order was incomplete and I didn’t not get a refund for my missing items. Never been to a place that prioritized the LATER orders. Definitely won’t use this location again. The workers did what they could but chipotle needs to stop taking Mobile orders sooner if this is the norm

  Horrible, lacks of quickness. Place was a disaster, there were 2 full lines if thats what you even call it it wasn't even a line. More like groups. One for people picking up food the other for people ordering. I heard this guy say that he waited over an hour for his food. The lady at the cash register said that they could not give her refund unless she does it online she said and I quote I know it says that you can do it at the register, but you really can't which is insane. Why would you say something on an app you can't actually do? The portion sizes were pretty inconsistent. I got like no rice a bunch of black beans and I also got burnt chicken. It was so burnt. I didn't even eat it. in the back, I just saw two ladies just staring at the screen not even doing anything. The place itself was dirty. Tables were not wiped. They were out of forks/spoons and low on straws. There were only like four bags of chips left too. I won't be going back for a while and I don't recommend anyone else. Does either. Place needs more staff and better management.
