Literally watch one holding my food go on and on about a story for another 5 minutes before I'm notcied and someone finally starts on my coffee. 20 minutes for a mobile order placed in advanced to a not busy store with 3 workers and nobody said anything to me? No hi, no thank you, no it'll be a minute. Not a great look.
