- FFFrankMar 29, 20255.0Outstanding service. Although busy, Ariele & Raymond (Lower Plain store, Bradford) were exceptional. As a former VP who focused on customer service, I am frequently "under-whelmed" by the level of customer service I see every day. But in this case, they not only did they did a great job with my order, but I had a chance to observe how they handled people while waiting for a response from another store. They handled everyone efficiently, politely, very professionally ... dare I say flawlessly. I suggest other customer facing people could learn from these 2 people. This level of service builds brand loyalty. Thank you very, very much.
- CPCarmen PhillipsJan 17, 20223.0Friendly staff which is why they got 3 stars however the telephone wait times been outrageously long as has the wait at the pharmacy. Fiance had knee surgery and was on hold about 20 minutes and asked to be put on hold again. We were told his prescription would be filled in 45.i went to get it an hour and a half later and had to wait 25 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. Not sure if they are just understaffed or overwhelming busy due to covid but weve had similar issues multiple times We will likely be changing pharmacies.
