  Your staff is just wonderful. -- my daughter and I are in here atleast once a week and the staff is always so kind about her wanting to help pay and handing her back whatever treat she has but today was just the best. My daughter asked the younger male cashier if he had any stickers, he said he wasn't sure and started asking other employees (despite me telling him it was okay and my daughter they where out) his bagger (a very kind girl with beautifully colored hair) ran off (I honestly thought for a break) and came back with stickers for my daughter, which she proudly put on her arm. To top it off another staff member, came over with a pink balloon (my daughter asks for a balloon everytime we go into the store and I turn her down) It seriously made my kiddos day, which in turn makes mine. Most places you go into, your lucky to get a staff member that so much as makes small talk, but the staff here is just so friendly and kind and really goes above and beyond. I hope you guys see this and know how happy my daughter was to tell her dad when he got home about her sticker and balloon! 5 stars!!!

  Clearly management has a hands off approach here. Items are often out of stock, leaving empty spaces on shelves. Cashiers are excruciatingly slow ringing you up, and there are never enough registers open. The recycling machines in the vestibule are frequently out of order, or read “bin is full”, which is terribly frustrating. Even when they are working, they are often filthy dirty. While this may be the best market in the area, largely because it’s the ONLY market in the area, the place is subpar for a Hannaford.

  Craig umbaugh at Bradford VT is a stand up employee for hannafords and an even better person! He went absolutely above and beyond just to help me find one difficult item in the store. Thank you Craig

  They could carry more gluten free and other allergy friendly foods‼️ Otherwise they are one of the better grocery stores around
