Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I came in expecting to order a normal meal, but so many items were out of stock that I could barely get what I wanted. Several ingredients and menu options were unavailable, and there weren’t many alternatives.
It was frustrating to wait in line only to find out that most of the things I wanted weren’t available. The restaurant should make sure they have enough food and ingredients available, especially during busy hours. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope management does a better job with stocking and preparation.

First thing first, LEAH working on the food line, making OUR food, needs a raise or a bonus. SOMETHING!!!!! YESTERDAY!!
Secondly, I THINK YOU’RE DOING AWESOME, for the amount of people I see in there everyday I’ve been.
I’ve seen a lot of harsh reviews to a brand new restaurant, especially for the online orders. So a little advice for the people ordering online that can actually come into the restaurant and wait in line like the most of us. Don’t order online again if is was “sooo bad.” It takes just as much time (if not longer) for them to make your online order, while you could have just waited in line and got the correct order.
I’ve been there everyday since Sunday 9/27 and yes, I have to wait 20-30 minutes but the line is to the door or longer but the food has always been worth the wait.
I walked in today with people complaining about their online order and how long they had to wait. Do you understand, there is a line in the store, a drive-through, and online ordering. Seriously get over it. I waited in line like everyone else and when it was my turn, a man jumped in front of me because his online order never went through correctly so he had to go through the line now. I wasn’t the slightest bit upset that after waiting someone is jumping in front of me, ordering for two. Sometimes we just have to wait and sometimes restaurants cannot simply keep up with such a high demand like this grand opening has caused but by God they are doing everything they can to get everyone’s order done.
And for the worker that saw the line was out the door and took a break before I got there and didn’t return in the 30+ minutes that I was there and your co-workers need you because you’re way past your break time. I personally would skip my break during a rush so my co-workers don’t struggle. Not cool. That’s low down and you stink!
Anywho, I’ll never complain when I know people are working hard to get my food made for me. Ever. So thank you to the staff that does their job and then some (Leah). I will always come back to this locations during my travels.
Thank You.

if you placed an order first thing in the morning and then decided to take a trip around the globe on foot, stopping in different countries to see what the local destinations had to offer and came back a year later you’re food would still be in the process of being “prepared” and in this case it is NOT worth the wait, the quality compared to the burlington location is glaring while the price remains the same, you’d be better off going to mcdonald’s right before closing and asking them to throw you a 12 pc nugget for half off then waste time money at the place, highly disappointed what a shame

Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered chips and queso along with several sides, and they handed me my order without saying a word. When I checked the bag, there were no chips. I went back and asked about it, and only then did they tell me they were completely out.
What bothered me most is that nobody mentioned this when they gave me the order, and nobody offered me a refund for something I paid for but never received. It felt like they were perfectly fine letting me leave without part of my order and just keeping the money. I was also missing other sides I ordered.
The customer service was just as bad. When I walked up to the register, the cashier clearly saw me standing there and instead of helping me, she walked away to fix her hair and readjust her hat while I waited.
The restaurant itself was filthy. Every single table was dirty, and the drink station was dirty too. It looked like nobody was making any effort to clean the dining area.
To top it all off, the food was greasy and honestly disgusting. Between the missing items, no refund being offered, poor customer service, dirty restaurant, and terrible food quality, this was an awful experience. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
Anyone who is dogging this place and the people who work there within the first FIVE days of them opening have likely not ever worked a day of their life in the food industry. Is the parking lot a little wonky? Yeah. But it's not that difficult to figure out. Are people still learning the line? Yes, and they are maintaining a pretty darn good attitude about it, considering the fact that the area has absolutely slaughtered that location since the moment they opened last Wednesday. Twice I've come here because it's on the way home from work, and both times I have been treated with friendliness, patience, and a solid effort to serve the food I've ordered. In a few months, if there are significant hiccups in food and service, then I'll update my review. If you're not here to support a new business and the new staff who are working on catching their groove, then you have no business leaving a nasty review in the first five days of a business opening as if the world revolves around you.
