  DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will wait in line for 30 minutes AFTER ordering and then you'll get served cold food that's not what you ordered and they'll argue with you about it with a sign in their window that says "don't bully us". I don't think the people working here have ever worked a day in their lives and they don't intend on starting today. They have no respect for themselves, their work, or their customers. You're better off throwing whatever money you were going to spend here into the nearest wishing well for how much good it'll do you.

  I have made the trip from my hometown in North Adams Massachusetts to this location only 3 times in the years I have lived here. All three times have been absolutely horrible. Let's start with the man that cooks the food. I was waiting an extremely long amount of time at the counter for someone to come take my order the first time I went here. As I'm waiting im watching him touch every surface known to man with his gloves on including is nasty hat that you can clearly tell hasn't ever been washed. Never changing his gloves. I did make him change his hlive with my food as Im highly allergic to onion. When my order was finally taken all three times I have been there I have been told there is a wait time for taco bell of 20 min. Also everytime we have came here they are always out of mac and cheese and potatoes. Lots of time the chicken comes on bread not even a bun. Husband loves KFC. Due to staffing issues everytime I'm told they are training someone tho and they are sorry so I will receive a discount. Never receive the discounts and we definitely actually have to wait 20 min plus. By the time we get our food it's cold. I don't make the trip offten as it is in Vermont and far away the only time I do this is when a delivery order brings me out to Bennington and there isn't much options for fast food at all. Taco Bell is also my favorite place to eat when I do eat fast food. So for them to still be training and the same issues to be happening months in between visits is absolutely crazy to me. There are employees screaming back and forth across the restaurant over customers eating. Loud explicit music playing. I am a fan of the music but this is not the atmosphere for it. Employees will have there kids sitting in the restaurant while they are working coming up asking for food while we are ordering. I get mother's are single and struggling but if your gunna bring your child to work with you than make sure he's not interrupting the customers while ordering. I was a tad confused tho why the child of this age would be at mom's place of work during school hours so hopefully he wasn't sick in a food establishment. I don't review offten and when I do it's for good reason. DO BETTER TACO BELL! obviously you have horrible management if there is only 3 employees running a fast food establishment during rush. It was management everytime that took our order as well and gave us the excuses. High turnover rates means poor management. I will never return here again. I gave it 3 strikes your out.

  Deserve absolutely 0 stars, service here is abysmal, employees are lazy and hospitality is nonexistent. Don't go within 3 hours of them closing, employees here lock the doors and don't answer the drive thru cause nobody wants to do their job. Surprised this place is even open still.
