- CMChristy MJun 13, 20262.0I walk in ask for a large protein latte with three vanilla shots. They gave me the large protein latte with four unsweetened French vanilla syrup. I do not like the taste of that stuff and knew right away the drink was wrong. The girl at the counter was new she was asking help from another girl. I let them know that the drink was made wrong and what I had asked for. They insisted that the other thing they had was full sugar. I let them know that I had them made before and there was a difference between the two, the shots vs the unsweetened French vanilla and neither one had sugar. She didn't seem to understand so I just asked for a refund. Was told I could not get a refund because their manager was not there. So they wanted to charge me for the wrong drink. The one girl brought out three containers and was like this one is full sugar, this is unsweetened syrup, but they had a middle one that was the unflavored vanilla shot. I wanted the vinella shots, asked for the shot, may I please have it remade with the shot. They did finally remake it the right way. I can't get over them making it wrong and than being like no refunds so I couldn't go somewhere else to have it made right. I do understand that dunkin donughts made it difficult when they added the unsweetened French vanilla syrup to there list. Every employee seems to want to gravitate toward that instead of listening to the customer when they say they want the shots. I will not go back to this dunkin donughts shop. Not taking a chance on paying a large price for coffee just for it to be wrong, have to argue about it and having the chance of not getting a refund but being stuck with the wrong thing.

You know the vibe where everyone emits the energy of "i hate my job" but there to make a paycheck. Hopefully this has just been my experience & not the overall atmosphere.. but unfortunately my partner has had the same experience every visit too. A smile goes a long way in customer service. The freeze machine is down more often than not and theyre usually out of my particular donut I order, so I just quit going. I like Dunkin coffee more than Starbucks, but id rather be treated with friendly service, so now anytime I want a coffee I visit Starbucks. Starbucks offers accommodation when theyre out of something. This place basically doesnt care if you order something or not, the attitude is, "i get paid either way" LOL. P.s. theres another dunkin in town, its just not as conveniently located.

The coffee and food were the usual Dunk'n goodness, but ownership is obviously having trouble hiring staff who know how customer service works, even at the most basic level. OMG. See for yourself. And the seating is one giant communal folding table (seriously). On the plus side, if you drive an EV you'll love their row of Tesla fast chargers.
