    Food was old and cold unfortunately. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo with curly fries. What a disappointment.

    The roast beef pictured in their app and in their website is pink in color, and looks juicy. What I received from Arby’s Zion Crossroads, Virginia, was brown (almost black) and dry. The Jamocha shake pictured was dark in color. What I received looked like a vanilla shake and had almost no flavor. The curly fries I received were about half as much in volume as what is pictured. I’m tired of the deceitful advertising and false representations of these corporate restaurants. Never going back. Period.
