Out of all the Sonics I have been to, this is the worst. The customer service is terrible. I had to correct her on every single thing I ordered. It wasn't until I tried to get done ordering that she informed me that they were out of certain products. The manager tried to step in but they had lost our business by that point. I will never entertain the idea of coming back to this specific location.

The pull in spots were too small and we had to fold in our mirrors just for the screen to not work. Then we had to clarify everything we tried to order more than once. We ended up leaving. We thought we might as well get dinner there since we were stopping in for a cold drink. NOPE. Don't waste your time.

Just went thru and ordered 4 supersonic breakfast burritos and paid $26. They were mostly onions & tortilla with 2 tiny pieces of sausage at the very bottom. An absolute rip off. The same people making it would be bringing it back & demanding a refund! Start making food like YOU would want your food made. The bare minimum!

This has to be the fastest sonic in Hampton and roads. The mozzarella sticks were perfect.

I've never been to this chain before but got coupon mailers so I thought I would try it out. There's nowhere to actually sit inside. The two doors say employees only. There's no obvious ordering interaction path if you don't want to eat in your car at the stalls or from the drive-thru. It was only after I heard somebody behind me talking with an employee that I looked and saw there's a kiosk there which doesn't make sense that it is facing away from the building in my opinion. It would be much more intelligently designed to have it mounted on the building so that people can see it as they drive up. The people who came out side only asked if I was here for an online order and nothing else. They could have asked if I need help ordering. They could have asked how the food was after they brought it out and I was eating and they came out for other needs. They could have also been cleaning up the property since there was food and trash all around. The cheeseburger was neither bad nor good. The fries were cold and overly salty. Additionally that weird blend of overly cooked fries and soggy makes me think some were dredged up from the bottom of the grease cooker or they've been sitting in the prep bin too long along with other ones that hadn't been cooked long enough and were floppy. They're also isn't an obvious way to utilize coupons that one may have from mailers or online promotions. Not worth another trip. People who eat at this chain must not have taste buds.
