  Sat in yhe drive thru line with 1 car in front of me for 15 minutes trying to get my 2 drinks. They also charge for a cup of water which is ridiculous.

  This location ALWAYS messes up my order in some way or fashion. I have given them a few chances just to be fair but nevertheless I am constantly disappointed in the accuracy of my order here.

  Super slow service. 25 minutes on a mobile order. I was advised at the window that they were out of mozzarella sticks and I substituted an additional order of jalapeño poppers which took excessively long. I sat at the window listening to employees carrying on in the kitchen loudly. When I got home, I was missing the ranch sauce for the poppers but received the marinara for the out of stock mozzarella sticks. The cheeseburger was cold and super dry, and there was literally a sprinkle of lettuce on it. The poppers were overcooked and I cook tell by the taste that the fryer is in need of an oil change. Overall, this visit was nasty.

  Out of all the Sonics I have been to, this is the worst. The customer service is terrible. I had to correct her on every single thing I ordered. It wasn't until I tried to get done ordering that she informed me that they were out of certain products. The manager tried to step in but they had lost our business by that point. I will never entertain the idea of coming back to this specific location.

  The pull in spots were too small and we had to fold in our mirrors just for the screen to not work. Then we had to clarify everything we tried to order more than once. We ended up leaving. We thought we might as well get dinner there since we were stopping in for a cold drink. NOPE. Don't waste your time.
